To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase like a copy of the invoice
To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@lonerangerindia.com. If your replacement is accepted you will be requested to return the goods through standard courier service . An exchange will be initiated once your items are received . All courier charges will be to the buyers account including any additional charges like rate differences or taxes .Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order one received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can define the issue and offer you a proper solution.
Exceptions / non-replaceable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept replacement for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds can be done only in those cases when we do not have any stock of the replaced item or product. Refund will be credited only in the source account in case of pre-paid order and in the bank account details provided by customer in case of COD which will be credited in 5-7 business days.

Can I use the Tail Bone Protection with my existing riding trousers
You need to check if your riding pant has a provisional pocket to add tail bone armour. In case it's not there, to use tail bone armour you will need to get a tail bone armour pocket added to your trouser which should not be very difficult.If you already have a tail bone pocket simply measure the size of your pocket and match it with the dimensions of our tail bone armour
Is there any warranty for this Armour
Loneranger Armours are made of Visco Elastic PU and covered under warranty of 5 years.Any Armour having major cracks or tears due to manufacturing defects which could endanger the user will be replaced by the company. To user is however adviced to handle armour carefully while inserting or removing them from the garment
