Return/Refund Policy

We have a 7 day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Please note we do not encourage a refund however you will be able to exchange your product within the stipulated time

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase like a copy of the invoice

To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@lonerangerindia.com. If your replacement is accepted you will be requested to return the goods through standard courier service . An exchange will be initiated once your items are received . All courier charges will be to the buyers account including any additional charges like rate differences or taxes .Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order one received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a proper solution.


Exceptions / non-replacable items
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept replacement for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Refunds can be done only in those cases when we do not have any stock of the replaced item or product. Refund will be credited only in the source account in case of pre-paid order and in the bank account details provided by customer in case of COD which will be credited in 5-7 business days.
