Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped in weekdays only. Most of the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and select holidays are processed on the next working day. If in case, we are unable to process your order due to fallacious or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Return/Refund

We have a 7 day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Please note we do not encourage a refund however you will be able to exchange your product within the stipulated time

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase like a copy of the invoice

To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@lonerangerindia.com. If your replacement is accepted you will be requested to return the goods through standard courier service . An exchange will be initiated once your items are received . All courier charges will be to the buyers account including any additional charges like rate differences or taxes .Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-replaceable items

We also do not accept replacement for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Refunds can be done only in those cases when we do not have any stock of the replaced item or product. Refund will be credited only in the source account in case of pre-paid order and in the bank account details provided by customer in case of COD which will be credited in 5-7 business days.

Recently got the Loneranger Addon Pro Riding Jacket and I must say, I’m really happy with the purchase. The first thing I noticed is the excellent build quality and premium finishing. The jacket feels solid and protective, but at the same time, it’s comfortable enough for long-distance rides. The fit, ventilation and riding comfort are really good, especially when you’re spending several hours on the motorcycle. I also really like the overall design and the practical features. Everything feels well thought out from a rider’s perspective. It gives me a good feeling of confidence and protection while touring, without making the jacket feel too bulky. In this budget, the features and level of armour loneranger is providing is excellent and this is as very budget friendly jacket.
